DyCat Solutions offers a series of online training workshops to teach you how to implement modularization on your project!
Online Training Courses:
The future execution strategy for heavy industrial projects is moving towards maximizing the implementation of modularization (offsite construction) on all projects. However, there is limited knowledge in the industry on what needs to be done to implement modularization successfully. The objective of industrial modularization is to move site labour ‘offsite’ to a controlled environment. This is achieved by locating the piping, electrical, instrumentation and controls on to modules (blocks) that are contained within an approved transportation size.
DYCAT Solutions is offering a series of Industrial Modularization Online Workshops that are instructor led that teaches participants what is required for execution and design in order to implement modularization on your projects. DYCAT is a registered education provider with the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and the methods introduced in the workshop’s complement and enhance the CII best practice for industrial modularization.

Description: This half day virtual workshop (4 PDH) introduces participants to the modular project execution requirements and differences to traditional stick-built executions. Description: This half day virtual workshop (4 PDH) introduces participants to the modular layout requirements and methods. We will review what considerations are required for an optimum modular layout. This training workshop is intended to be interactive.

Fabrication, Assembly, Construction and Commissioning Requirements for Modular Projects
Date: June 8, 2021 / Time: 9AM – 1PM MST
Description: This half day virtual workshop (4 PDH) introduces participants to the modular fabrication, assembly, construction and commissioning and start-up (CS&U) requirements and methods. We will review the fabrication, assembly, construction, and commissioning considerations that are required for modular executions and designs.
