(NYSE:NRG) announced that on October 9, 2018, as part of its deleveraging plan, it completed the redemption of all of its outstanding 6.25% Senior Notes due 2022 (the “2022 Notes”) in the aggregate principal amount of $485,171,000.00. The redemption price for the redeemed 2022 Notes was an amount equal to 103.125% of the principal amount of the redeemed 2022 Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest on such 2022 Notes to the date of redemption.
