(NYSE:DNR) (“Denbury” or the “Company”) today announced the closing of its previously announced private offering (the “Offering”) of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 7½% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2024 (the “New Second Lien Notes”). The Company used the net proceeds from the Offering to repay all of its outstanding borrowings under its bank credit facility and to pay fees and expenses of the Offering, with the remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.
