VIENNA (Reuters) – Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Tuesday after a meeting with OPEC Secretary-General Mohammad Barkindo in Vienna that Russia and the OPEC share a common view on the current oil market situation.
He declined to elaborate further.
