VERNAL, Utah–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Superior Drilling Products, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, SDP will now serve an expanded market throughout the U.S., receive a base minimum volume in drill bit refurbishment and continue to provide its drill bit refurbishment services for BH exclusively. The agreement allows for modifications in the event of market deterioration and either party has the right to cancel the agreement with 6-months’ notice.
