Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. Third Quarter Production Tracking Significantly Above Guidance


MINNEAPOLIS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. (NYSE American: NOG) today announced that preliminary production for July and August, 2018 averaged in excess of 25,000 barrels of oil equivalent (“Boe”) per day, substantially ahead of the Company’s prior guidance of 23,000 – 24,000 Boe per day for the third quarter of 2018. This production does not reflect the Company’s pending acquisitions from Pivotal Petroleum Partners and W Energy Partners, both of which are expected to close on schedule.
