ADIPEC Women in Energy

An integral part of the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), the Women In Energy Conference is a global platform where the finest minds of the oil and gas industry convene to connect, engage in conversations, inspire change, and put forward solutions towards building a diverse and inclusive oil and gas industry.

Women In Energy was launched in 2013 as an evening of discussion that took a closer look at the lives and careers of three pioneering women in the oil and gas industry. Over the past four years, the conference has grown to become a wide platform for collaboration, ideation, learning, and forming new relationships.

Continuing its role to develop and mentor women, and promote growth opportunities, Women In Energy encouraged men to join the conversation in 2016 and contribute to the discussions on how the industry can come forward and collaborate on a macro level to achieve optimum success.

ADIPEC 2017 marks the 5th edition of the annual Women In Energy conference and will continue to develop initiatives and host discussions on the contributions women have made – and will continue to make – across all arenas of the oil and gas industry.
