The Decarbonisation Leaders Network is a community built for those leading and working towards the decarbonisation mission within their organisation.
On November 17th 2022, there will be an open-door policy whereby non-members are being invited to join the discussion focused on the energy crisis.
Taking place virtually at 2pm GMT, expert speakers will share how they are addressing the headwind of this winter’s energy crisis. With COP27 in full flow, the need to keep progressing with ambitious net-zero targets is paramount and this is the perfect opportunity to join like-minded individuals for an open discussion on how to tackle it.
The Decarbonisation Leaders Network, powered by Decarb Connect, is a 190+ strong community with senior leaders from Dow Chemical, Holcim, Mississippi Lime, Cemex, Tata Steel, Sasol, ArcelorMittal, Shell and many more. All members are working collaboratively to address the key challenges that face the hard-to-abate sectors and supporting each other through shared knowledge and challenges to accelerate decarbonisation whilst still delivering key products to build a greener tomorrow.
Nathan Meyer, Community Director, Decarbonisation Leaders Network comments, “being able to come together every month is something our community values deeply. Our ability to draw on each other’s successes and challenges allows these hard-to-abate organisations to keep focused on their net-zero targets. The need to address the current macro challenges are what has dictated this month’s meetup, but we really want to engage a bigger audience as that is what community is all about.”
With speakers from a mix of industrial sectors, as well as networking discussions, this 90 minute session provides insight into the network. If you are interested in participating, apply online: https://hubs.li/Q01rMkZp0
