Welcome to the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS), an In-Country Value (ICV) / Local Content initiative of Oman Ministry of Energy & Minerals (MEM) & Oman’s Oil & Gas Operators. Since its inception in 2014, the JSRS Certificate which is issued to companies (Oman & Worldwide) after successful validation online, is a single window, mandatory supplier registration and certification platform, connecting suppliers to procurement activities across Oman’s entire Oil & Gas landscape.

Procurement Activities of the JSRS Buyers Community (Oil & Gas Operators and Other Industry Buyers), and the JSRS Contractors Community, are directed only to suppliers sourced from the JSRS Certified Suppliers Network (JSRS-CSN), which consists of 1000s of JSRS Certified Suppliers from Oman and Worldwide.
