DCP Midstream, LP Announces Upsizing and Pricing of an Additional $325 Million of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2025

DENVER, Jan. 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — DCP Midstream, LP (NYSE: DCP) (the “Partnership”) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, DCP Midstream Operating, LP (the “Operating Partnership”), priced an upsized offering of an additional $325 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% senior notes due 2025 at a price of 100.75% of their face value plus accrued interest from January 15, 2019 (the “Additional Notes”).
