Acquisition announcement: Diesel Direct has acquired Volta Oil

Cetane Associates LLC is pleased to announce that Diesel Direct, Inc. of Stoughton, Massachusetts has acquired the commercial and marina fuel services assets of Volta Oil Company, Inc. of Plymouth, Massachusetts.  Cetane Associates, LLC served as the sole arranger and financial advisor to the seller.

Volta Oil Company, Inc. is a long-established energy services provider operating in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The company provides gas station fuel dealer services and support and owns and operates 15 retail convenience stores under the Rapid Refill brand.

Diesel Direct, Inc. provides mobile fueling and bulk fuel deliveries for local, regional, and national truck fleets. The company offers on-site fleet fueling, specialty fueling, generator fueling, and skid tank services, as well as business continuity programs. The company also provides fuels and diesel exhaust fluids.
